Can I purchase a gift card?

Can I be refunded for Items purchased with a gift card?

Any product purchased with a gift card can be returned or exchanged for a product of a lower price, any money owing will only be issued as a Gift Card.

How can will I be refunded if I paid partially with a gift card?

If your purchase was partially paid for on Gift Card and a refund is payable to you, your Gift Card will be refunded up to the card's original value, and any outstanding balance owed after this will be refunded via the other payment method originally used for your purchase.

Can I use more than one discount code at a time?

Only one discount code can be applied to an order. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be redeemed after this point.

How can I redeem a Gift Card?

After you've added to cart the items you wish to purchase:

1. Review your bag by clicking on "view cart" and make sure all specifications such as quantity, size (see our sizing chart) and colour fit your requirements, then click "Checkout"

2. You will need to enter your shipping details (email, name, address and phone number) and click "Continue".

3. Select your preferred delivery method and click "Continue".

4. You will then proceed to the secure payment, tick on the box for "Redeem gift card".

5. Enter your gift card code and click "Continue".

6.Review your order and click "Place order" Your payment will be collected from your gift card by CruiseLife GmbH. Following submission of your order you will be sent an automated order acknowledgement to the email address provided.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

We're sorry to hear you have received any incorrect item, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at contact@cruiselife.com. Please clearly state on your message what you received instead of your order and whether you want to exchange for the correct item or return it for a refund. Where an item is confirmed as incorrect, we will then instruct you on how to send the item back.
