When will I be charged?

You will not be charged before your order has been processed and is ready for delivery.However, upon receipt of your order, CruiseLife will create an authorisation. This will show on your bank statement as a reservation of funds which allocates the money to your order, but this will not be realised until your order has been shipped by us.

How will I receive my refund?

We will refund you using the same payment method originally used by you to make the payment (unless you have expressly agreed otherwise). You will be refunded no later than 14 days after the day we receive the items you are returning back from you. Once a refund has been issued you will receive a confirmation email detailing the amount which has been refunded and the item(s) we have received back.

How much will I be refunded?

We will refund you in full including delivery for any items cancelled within cancellation period. Once the items are shipped, we will refund you for any items you return, the delivery cost won´t be returned to you.

Can I be refunded for Items purchased with a gift card?

Any product purchased with a gift card can be returned or exchanged for a product of a lower price, any money owing will only be issued as a Gift Card.

How will I be refunded if I paid partially with a gift card?

If your purchase was partially paid for on Gift Card and a refund is payable to you, your Gift Card will be refunded up to the card's original value, and any outstanding balance owed after this will be refunded via the other payment method originally used for your purchase.

How Long does it take to receive the refund funds in my account?

Usually funds will show in your account 5-8 days after receiving confirmation of refund been issued.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

We're sorry to hear you have received any incorrect item, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at contact@cruiselife.com. Please clearly state on your message what you received instead of your order and whether you want to exchange for the correct item or return it for a refund. Where an item is confirmed as incorrect, we will then instruct you on how to send the item back.

Yes, we have partnered with Klarna and PayPal Credit so you can spread the payments over a certain period. Click on your preferred payment method for spread payments at checkout.
